Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site with no government authority. It stores no official jail, release, inmate, or court records and cannot confirm custody, order or carry out a release, or file a record request or court paper for a visitor.

Pages point readers toward Luzerne County offices, Pennsylvania custody systems, and outside research tools. Those sources remain responsible for their own records and services.
